Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Surveyor to join our construction team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from SAR 8,000 to SAR 10,000. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing precise survey tasks essential for structural accuracy and project success.

Key Responsibilities

The successful Site Surveyor will handle the setting-out of structural components such as foundations, columns, walls, floors, and alignments. They will establish and verify control points, benchmarks, and grid lines crucial to the construction process. Conducting both topographic and as-built surveys, the surveyor will ensure all levels, vertical alignments, and positional data meet project specifications.

Operating advanced survey equipment including Total Stations, Auto Levels, Digital Levels, and GNSS/GPS devices is a core part of the role. The surveyor will also maintain proper calibration of instruments, keep detailed survey logs and field records, and closely coordinate with main contractor engineers to guarantee dimensional accuracy across all worksites. Compliance with documentation standards and adherence to safety protocols on site are essential for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction surveying, particularly in setting out and verifying structural elements.
• Strong knowledge in the use and maintenance of surveying instruments like Total Station, Auto Level, Digital Level, and GPS/GNSS equipment.
• Ability to conduct topographic and as-built surveys accurately.
• Attention to detail in creating and maintaining survey logs and field documentation.
• Coordination skills to effectively work alongside main contractor engineers and site teams.
• Understanding and compliance with construction site safety regulations.

Work Environment

As a Site Surveyor, you will be working on active construction sites in Tabuk. The role demands a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to changing site conditions while maintaining precise measurements and documentation standards. Close teamwork with engineering and construction personnel is essential.
