Job Overview

A reputable General Contracting Company based in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated Civil Site Engineer with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction and contracting projects. This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a strong background in site supervision and execution.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring that all work is carried out according to engineering drawings and project specifications. You will coordinate technical aspects and resolve on-site challenges promptly, contributing to the timely and efficient delivery of projects. Experience with industrial, commercial, steel structure, or general construction projects will be highly valued.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Strong technical coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Experienced in site execution and supervision within the construction sector
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
• Good command of the English language
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with practical exposure to industrial or steel structure projects will have an advantage. We value engineers who demonstrate ownership, proactive problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering measurable results on-site.
