Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP Supervisor with strong Arabic communication abilities to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities on site. The ideal candidate will have experience reading MEP drawings, coordinating multiple trades, and managing workforce effectively. This role ensures smooth site supervision and collaboration among teams to meet project milestones in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The MEP Supervisor will take charge of overseeing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations, ensuring compliance with plans and quality standards. Responsibilities include:

• Interpreting and reviewing MEP drawings and shop drawings accurately
• Supervising daily site operations and coordinating between different trades
• Managing the workforce efficiently to maintain progress and safety
• Communicating clearly in Arabic for effective coordination with the site team

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in MEP supervision covering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
• Strong proficiency in Arabic, both spoken and written, to facilitate communication on site
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and drawings related to MEP
• Experience in site supervision, managing manpower, and coordinating cross-trade activities

Working Terms and Benefits

• Hourly rate of SAR 18
• Accommodation and meals provided by the company
• First salary payment after approximately 2 months and 20 days of service
