Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Works Supervisor with specialized expertise in road construction to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing road construction projects and managing civil works operations in various locations, including Jeddah, Duba, and Tabuk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supervising civil projects with a focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities related to road construction and general civil works.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Manage on-site safety procedures and enforce quality control measures.
• Prepare reports documenting project status, including work progress and any issues encountered.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Extensive experience in overseeing road construction projects and related civil engineering tasks.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project plans accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Work Locations

This position requires working across multiple sites located in Jeddah, Duba, and Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. Flexibility and readiness to travel between these locations are essential.
