We are currently seeking skilled Civil Site Supervisors for projects located in Ras Tanura and Juaymah, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is open exclusively for candidates with valid Iqama transfer eligibility, specifically targeting Indian and Filipino nationals with relevant experience in civil site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily civil construction activities to ensure quality control, adherence to safety protocols, and timely completion of project tasks. You will coordinate with project teams, monitor progress, and manage site resources effectively during the 8-hour workday.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven background in civil site supervision within construction projects
• Strong leadership abilities to manage site crews and subcontractors
• Good understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in civil engineering
• Ability to communicate clearly with teams and site management

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a basic salary of SAR 3,000 with an additional food allowance of SAR 500. Overtime work will be compensated according to company policies. The position comes with a two-year contract duration, providing long-term employment stability.
