Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Civil Site Supervisors for opportunities based in Ras Tanura and Juaymah, Saudi Arabia. This role requires candidates with a solid background in civil site supervision and is open only to Indian and Filipino nationals with valid Iqama transfer eligibility. The positions are full-time with competitive compensation and a two-year contract duration.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing civil construction activities on site, ensuring that work is executed safely, within quality standards, and in line with project timelines. This includes supervising site workers, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and monitoring progress to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and company policies.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in civil site supervision within a similar construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering construction practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to oversee daily site operations effectively and lead site teams.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage workload efficiently.
• Fluent communication skills in English to liaise with diverse teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered basic salary is SAR 3,000 for an eight-hour workday. Additionally, a food allowance of SAR 500 is provided. Overtime compensation will be paid as per the company’s established policies. The employment contract is for two years, offering stability and career growth in the construction sector.
