Job Overview

Hadaeq Est. Al-Kharj is seeking a seasoned Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee ongoing and upcoming construction and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical knowledge and strong leadership skills to manage complex civil construction activities from project inception through to completion.

This role prefers candidates from India or professionals currently based in the Middle East, particularly those with experience in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of civil construction projects including:

• Leading site operations and coordinating work among consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while meeting quality standards
• Preparing detailed work schedules, progress reports, and maintaining thorough project documentation
• Monitoring the effective use of manpower, equipment, and materials
• Resolving technical and operational challenges on site promptly
• Enforcing compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and company standards
• Conducting project meetings and reporting regularly to senior management
• Supervising engineers, supervisors, and site staff to maintain project momentum

Required Skills and Expertise

Successful candidates will have strong capabilities in the following areas:

• Project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Knowledge of construction methods and sequencing, especially in structural and infrastructure works
• Project cost control and monitoring
• Site coordination and resource management
• Quantity verification and material planning
• Quality assurance and safety compliance
• Contract administration and effective client coordination
• Risk management and value engineering
• Proficiency in Primavera or MS Project is an advantage

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Significant experience in project execution and site supervision
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries is highly preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage tight project deadlines efficiently
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills
• Valid transferable Iqama for candidates in Saudi Arabia; visa assistance available for candidates from India

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in managing large-scale infrastructure, commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects
• Proven track record of leading large teams and coordinating multiple subcontractors successfully
• Strong independent working ability and full project accountability
• Immediate availability for joining will be an advantage
