Job Overview

We are seeking 10 skilled Civil Foremen to oversee and manage civil construction activities on-site in Saudi Arabia. This role requires hands-on supervision of daily construction tasks, ensuring projects adhere to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily civil construction operations to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.
• Manage labor teams and subcontractors efficiently, maintaining smooth workflow on-site.
• Execute work according to construction drawings, specifications, and instructions.
• Supervise key construction processes including concrete works, rebar installation, formwork, and finishing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with site engineers and the project management team to coordinate activities.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily progress reports on work performed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Civil Foreman with hands-on site management experience.
• Strong understanding of site operations and effective labor management skills.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience working on construction projects within Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
• Immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
