We are currently seeking skilled Civil Foremen to join our construction teams at locations in Ras Tanura and Juaymah, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is open exclusively for candidates eligible for Iqama transfer, specifically Indian and Filipino nationals with proven experience in civil construction work.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily civil work activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. The role includes supervising labor teams, coordinating with site engineers, maintaining quality control, and ensuring timely completion of tasks within assigned schedules.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience in civil construction projects
• Ability to manage and lead a team of workers effectively
• Strong understanding of site safety protocols and construction practices
• Proficiency in coordinating resources and manpower

Employment Details and Benefits

This position offers a fixed-term contract of two years. Working hours are 8 hours per day, with overtime compensated as per company policies. The basic monthly salary is SAR 2,500, supplemented by a food allowance of SAR 500.
