Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager with a minimum of five years of experience to lead operations at a fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of day-to-day restaurant management and the ability to oversee all aspects of service and team coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer experience
• Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and support to maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver high-quality food and beverage services
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least five years of proven experience in managing fine dining restaurants
• Fluency in both Arabic and English for effective communication
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
