Job Overview

Apex Operations is currently recruiting skilled and experienced professionals for several open positions within the catering and food services sector across various locations in Saudi Arabia. These opportunities are open exclusively to local residents residing in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be located near the specified job locations as practical skill tests will be conducted on-site.

Available Positions and Locations

• Florist / Floral Designer – Arar: Seeking creative florists with excellent design skills and good communication abilities. Both male and female applicants are welcome. Preference will be given to Nepali nationals. Salary range: 1900-2100 SAR.
• Chef (Female) – Riyadh: Looking for female chefs skilled in Middle Eastern and Saudi cuisine, capable of preparing diverse recipes for events. Preference for Filipino nationals. Salary range: 3000-4000 SAR.
• Japanese Chef – Jeddah: Experienced chefs specializing in full Japanese cuisine, including ramen, sushi, tempura, and broth preparation. Applicants from all nationalities except Bangladeshi are encouraged to apply. Salary range: 3000-4000 SAR, negotiable with experience.
• Sous Chef – Al Jubail: Requires a minimum of 5 years experience in burgers, sandwiches, and steaks, with strong knowledge of food quality and kitchen operations. Transferable Iqama is preferred. Filipino, Indian, and Nepali nationals are prioritized. Salary range: 3000-4000 SAR.
• Kitchen Assistant – Al Khobar: Seeking 4 pastry and bakery assistants with moderate experience to prepare coffee shop desserts. Candidates must read and write English and have good communication skills. Preference for Nepali nationals. Salary range: 1800-2000 SAR.
• Assistant Baker – Khafji: Looking for skilled, quick-learning assistant bakers proficient in baking and design. Preference for Nepali nationals. Salary range: 1800-2000 SAR.
