Key Responsibilities

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include preparing exceptional espresso and manual brews, crafting perfectly textured milk-based beverages, leading the team to maintain service quality, and managing inventory efficiently. Operation Managers will oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all coffee service areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a specialty coffee setting with high customer volume
• Expertise in espresso extraction and manual brewing techniques
• Proficient milk texturing skills to deliver exquisite quality drinks
• Strong leadership and inventory management capabilities for senior roles
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
