Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Korean or Japanese chef to join our vibrant Japanese-Korean restaurant team located in Al Aqrabiyah, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Candidates from Qatar and Bahrain are also welcome to apply, with full Saudi visa and Iqama sponsorship provided by the employer.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Korean and Japanese dishes, ensuring the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation. Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety protocols in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential. Collaboration with the kitchen team and supporting seamless service delivery will be expected.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working as a Korean or Japanese chef
• Strong knowledge of traditional Korean and Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Capability to maintain consistent food quality and visually appealing presentation
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene regulations and food safety standards
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic kitchen setting
• Professional attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills
