Job Overview

We are urgently looking to hire skilled and hardworking cooks along with cleaners for our restaurant. Candidates with experience in preparing authentic South Asian cuisine and maintaining commercial kitchen hygiene are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

The selected cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality traditional meals, including both lunch and dinner services while adhering to commercial kitchen standards. Cleanliness and organization of the kitchen must be maintained at all times to ensure health and safety compliance. Cleaners will assist in upkeeping the hygiene standards throughout the restaurant premises.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in cooking desi (Indian, Bengali, or Pakistani) dishes in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Ability to maintain food quality during busy service periods.
• Capability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements

• Nationality must be Indian, Bengali, or Pakistani.
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
• Salary range between 1500 to 1850 SAR depending on experience.
• Accommodation will be provided by the company.
