We are currently seeking experienced baristas to join a dynamic coffee shop team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for crafting quality coffee and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a competitive salary range of SAR 1,700 to SAR 1,900, subject to final agreement after the interview.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service. Adapting to a busy café atmosphere and working efficiently during peak hours are essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a barista
• Possession of a transferable Iqama
• Nationality from Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Uganda, or Kenya
• Strong communication skills and a presentable, energetic demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced coffee shop environment
• Attention to detail in coffee preparation and presentation
