We are currently seeking a motivated Barista to join our team in Al Baha. This role is ideal for candidates who have between zero to two years of experience in coffee preparation and customer service in a café or hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities

The Barista will be responsible for crafting a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring consistency and quality. They will engage with customers, taking orders and providing a welcoming experience. Maintaining cleanliness of the work area and equipment is essential to this role, alongside monitoring inventory and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role
• Nationality: Nepali, Bangladeshi, or Indian
• Valid transferable Iqama is accepted
• Ability to work a 10-hour shift with one day off per week

Compensation and Benefits
