Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations within the FMCG bakery sector in Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing sales forecasting, client relationships, and sales team coordination to drive business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee sales forecasting activities and establish targeted performance goals to meet company objectives.
- Engage with key clients to strengthen partnerships, support the sales team in negotiations, and secure new business.
- Compile and present detailed periodic sales reports highlighting volumes, potential opportunities, and strategies for expanding the client base.
- Manage retail sales expenses within the region, ensuring alignment with the sales budget.
- Serve as a liaison between sales teams and the ICT department to address handheld device management, database updates, and related reporting matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within the bakery or FMCG industry.
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or similar native environments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales strategies and proficient use of sales tools and forecasting techniques.
