ERAM Engineering is seeking a dedicated Sourcing Coordinator to join their Sales & Marketing team in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on workforce planning by sourcing and coordinating qualified manpower across various skill levels to support project and client needs. The position requires close cooperation with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery while adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Sourcing Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing candidates spanning skilled, semi-skilled, and professional categories. They will collaborate with suppliers to manage CV submissions, documentation, and the mobilization process efficiently. Managing and nurturing vendor relationships is a central task, including preparing Requests for Quotations (RFQs), evaluating vendor proposals, and negotiating pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Continuous monitoring of supplier performance to guarantee prompt delivery is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Candidates should have between 3 to 6 years of experience in sourcing or procurement, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector. A strong grasp of manpower categories and market trends is vital. Key skills include excellent negotiation and communication abilities, vendor management expertise, analytical skills for cost evaluation, and familiarity with contracts and commercial terms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required.
