SIMAT Trading Co. is seeking experienced Traditional Trade Supervisors to join their dynamic teams in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead sales efforts within the FMCG sector, focusing on traditional trade channels. Candidates must have a strong background in managing trade accounts and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

The Traditional Trade Supervisor will oversee the performance of the sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales, distribution, and collection objectives. The role involves monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Supervisors are expected to coach and motivate the salesforce, drive market execution, enhance distribution coverage, and boost product visibility. Additionally, preparing detailed sales reports and executing growth strategies are essential parts of the position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience within the FMCG traditional trade sector is required.
• Established network within Class A Traditional Trade accounts is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is essential.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Applicants must currently reside in the city they are applying for – Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam.

Work Environment
