Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role requires expertise in customs regulations, import and export compliance, and international trade procedures to ensure smooth and lawful business transactions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting import requirements based on HS Codes, ensuring adherence to Saudi and global trade laws. Coordination with procurement teams and customs brokers will be crucial, along with managing customs clearance documentation and overseeing duty exemption processes. The role also involves handling customs-related invoices within the ERP system and ensuring timely delivery of goods from ports and airports.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Between 4 to 7 years of experience in trade compliance or customs operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of HS Codes, customs regulations, and import/export legislation.
• Proven experience coordinating with customs brokers and managing duty exemptions.
• Familiarity with Saudi trade platforms such as SABER, FASAH, and Saudi Customs.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
