Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Engineer to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position requires a motivated professional with strong expertise in sales, marketing, and business development within the scaffolding services, manpower supply, and equipment rental sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves generating new business leads and expanding market presence by promoting scaffolding services, manpower supply, and equipment rentals such as boom trucks and scissor lifts. You will develop and nurture long-term relationships with companies, contractors, and procurement departments, identifying project opportunities, preparing quotations, and securing purchase orders. Regular client visits and effective follow-up on payments, invoices, and job progress form essential parts of the position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven background in sales, marketing, and business development, especially in the Eastern Province market
• Established network with contractors, companies, and procurement teams
• Experience in scaffolding services, manpower supply, and equipment rental sectors
• Competence in preparing quotations, price offers, invoices, and following up on payments
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Access
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and responsible attitude
• Existing business contacts within the Eastern Province will be highly advantageous

Additional Responsibilities

The position requires proactive market monitoring to spot new opportunities, coordinating manpower, scaffolding, and equipment needs in line with client requirements, and maintaining a strong client-focused approach to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
