Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

We are hiring for the following roles:

• Senior Business Development Specialist: Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience in real estate business development. Responsibilities include identifying new prospects, closing deals, and preparing proposals and presentations.
• Property Management Specialist: This role requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in attracting tenants and managing rental properties to ensure smooth operations.
• Investment Analyst: Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree with at least one year of real estate investment experience. Key tasks include preparing detailed reports and presentations. Proficiency in English is essential.
• Market Researcher: Open to candidates with a bachelor’s degree or diploma and a minimum of one year of experience conducting market research. Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to gather and present data effectively, are required.
