We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a minimum of three years in a similar position and a strong background in business administration, public administration, or management information systems. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business transformation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and improving operational processes to enhance overall business performance. The role involves planning and coordinating seminars, webinars, training sessions, and meetings, as well as preparing reports and proposals. You will also be expected to lead projects, manage teams effectively, and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at business development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or MIS.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in an operations or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities in both English and Arabic.
• Expertise in business transformation and process improvement.
• Proficiency in organizing and managing professional events such as seminars, webinars, and training programs.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to draft clear, concise reports and proposals.
• Experience in project management and operational analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Solid organizational and people management capabilities.
• Background in IT applications is considered an advantage.
