Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Manpower Specialist to oversee manpower management for industrial, oil & gas, EPC, shutdown, turnaround, and maintenance projects throughout Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of four years’ experience within the region, ensuring efficient recruitment, mobilization, and workforce coordination in compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, selection, allocation, and deployment of both skilled and unskilled workers across multiple project sites.
- Coordinate mobilization activities including visa processing, medical clearances, documentation, onboarding, and securing site access permissions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, project managers, subcontractors, and site teams to accurately assess and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Labor Law and related government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSI.
- Maintain comprehensive manpower records encompassing deployment schedules, attendance tracking, timesheets, and performance evaluations.
- Manage urgent replacements, demobilizations, and manpower adjustments as project needs evolve.
- Compile detailed weekly and monthly manpower reports for both management and clients.
- Develop and maintain a reliable manpower database covering a wide range of industrial trades across Saudi Arabia.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- At least four years of hands-on experience managing manpower coordination and workforce supply within Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record in sectors such as industrial projects, oil & gas, EPC, shutdown, turnaround, maintenance, or construction.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and relevant platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSI.
- Familiarity with industrial trades such as welders, pipe fitters, fabricators, electricians, riggers, scaffolders, helpers, and equipment operators.
- Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong abilities in coordination, negotiation, reporting, and follow-up across diverse project teams.
- Capability to handle high-volume manpower allocations across various locations efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with prominent clients like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Royal Commission, or leading EPC contractors is highly advantageous and will strengthen candidacy.
