Key Responsibilities

As the Project Director, you will be responsible for managing all phases of residential projects, from initiation through completion. Your leadership will ensure projects meet quality standards, budget requirements, and timelines. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will oversee teams, coordinate resources, and implement strategic plans to achieve project objectives effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, demonstrating strong business and management expertise.
• Minimum of 22 years’ professional experience, with a focus on residential project management.
• Proven leadership capabilities leading and managing large and complex projects.
• Exceptional skills in project planning, execution, and team coordination.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
