We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Lead to join a dynamic team based in Saudi Arabia. This role demands a minimum of seven years of hands-on experience in ERP and business systems management, focusing on driving seamless integration, data governance, and operational excellence across business platforms.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take charge of overseeing ERP and CRM systems, ensuring effective implementation and maintenance of business systems. Leadership in managing stakeholder expectations and collaboration across departments will be crucial to align technology solutions with business goals. Required Skills and Experience

• At least 7 years in ERP or business systems management roles.
• Strong familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in CRM solutions and data governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to drive system efficiencies.
