Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Riyadh. This role is available for both full-time and part-time candidates, welcoming fresh graduates as well as experienced professionals. The position offers a comprehensive salary package with a monthly CTC of SR 6,575 for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients to build strong relationships and arrange business meetings. You will plan and execute innovative marketing strategies, research new organizations and individuals to identify growth opportunities, and work on expanding market reach and increasing sales.

Additional duties include attending industry events such as conferences and meetings, preparing detailed quotes and proposals for clients, and setting clear goals to drive the development team and overall business growth. You will also play a role in training team members, supporting their skill enhancement and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or marketing, backed by strong communication skills and proficiency in using IT tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Applicants should be capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, displaying excellent organizational abilities. The role demands a proactive and independent work style, with confidence in navigating uncertain situations. Experience in lead generation and prospect management along with persuasive communication skills to engage potential customers effectively is highly valued.

We are looking for someone with an energetic and friendly demeanor who can confidently interact with C-Level executives. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates must have their own transportation and a transferable Iqama.
