Job Overview
BEC Arabia is urgently seeking a skilled Accommodation Manager to lead and oversee accommodation operations within large-scale construction projects. This role requires a professional with extensive experience managing high-demand environments, particularly on prestigious projects such as Diriyah, Qiddiya, NEOM, Red Sea, and Amaala under the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accommodation arrangements and facilities to support ongoing construction activities.
- Coordinate closely with project teams to ensure seamless housing logistics for workforce and management staff.
- Lead and supervise accommodation teams, maintaining high standards of service and safety compliance.
- Address and resolve any operational challenges linked to workforce housing efficiently.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to support project timelines and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience within the construction sector, specifically in accommodation management or related areas.
- Proven track record of involvement in major Saudi infrastructure or development projects such as those associated with the PIF.
- Strong leadership capabilities to manage teams working under high-pressure conditions.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Residency within Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
