Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee and manage enterprise-wide risk initiatives, including operational risk, market risk, and wholesale risk models. Responsibilities include:

• Leading the operational risk framework to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Managing market risk exposures and ensuring robust controls are in place.
• Implementing IFRS 9 impairment assessments and methodologies.
• Conducting stress testing and managing risk capital through ICAAP processes.
• Delivering comprehensive portfolio reporting, including monitoring risk appetite and limits.
• Overseeing wholesale credit risk models and their validations.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants must bring extensive experience in enterprise risk management, demonstrating a deep understanding of banking industry risks and regulatory frameworks. Key skills include:

• At least 15 years of professional experience in ERM within banking or financial services.
