Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a seasoned Financial Controller or Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a prominent client in Saudi Arabia. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a strong background in financial leadership and operational finance to play a key role in a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial business partnering, managing comprehensive reporting, and designing efficient end-to-end financial processes such as Record to Report, Request to Pay, and Order to Cash. You will also lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure robust financial governance and controls are firmly in place.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 10 years experience in senior financial roles such as Financial Controller, CFO, or a senior position within a large consulting firm specializing in finance operations and integration (Big 4 experience preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise working across various industries and large organizations.
• Strong operational finance skills including business partnering, management reporting, and process management.
• Proficiency in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with financial governance.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are highly desirable.
• An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
