We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager specializing in Contract Logistics to join a leading global logistics and distribution company in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a Saudi National with strong commercial experience in the contract logistics, supply chain, or warehousing sectors. The position focuses on driving business growth, developing strategic accounts, and expanding the company’s market presence in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing a targeted account list in collaboration with commercial and product teams. They will actively support growth initiatives by aligning product development with sales strategies. This role involves conducting gap analyses at customer sites to identify improvement opportunities and preparing tailored responses to meet client needs.

Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining executive-level relationships with internal stakeholders and clients, understanding contract logistics and supply chain management requirements, and collaborating closely with the solutions design team. The candidate will also analyze complex logistics tenders, manage projects during tender phases and implementations on a national level, and lead contract negotiations and management processes. Meeting or exceeding annual sales targets and supporting financial modeling related to scope and pricing are essential parts of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract logistics, supply chain, or warehousing within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and develop business in logistics sectors.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain solutions including warehousing and transportation.
• Experience with solutions design for complex warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels effectively.
• Advanced sales and negotiation abilities to secure and grow business opportunities.
• Preference for Saudi Nationals in line with Saudization policies.
