Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant based in Khafji to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo accounting software and solid knowledge of everyday accounting tasks, including petty cash management, journal entries, and bank reconciliations. This role involves ensuring accurate financial records and supporting administrative duties within the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage petty cash transactions efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and post journal entries in the accounting system.
• Perform thorough bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Handle VAT filing and compliance including ZATCA requirements.
• Facilitate payments related to Mudad and GOSI.
• Support office administration and coordination tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience working within Odoo accounting software.
• Good understanding of VAT filing and Saudi accounting regulations (ZATCA, Mudad, GOSI).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must hold a valid Saudi Arabian driving license.
• Transferable Iqama is required for employment.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Khafji or nearby areas.
