Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Accountant to join our restaurant operations team based in Tabuk. This position requires expertise in handling daily accounting functions, managing inventory controls, and overseeing ERP system operations to ensure seamless financial and operational processes across our multiple restaurant outlets.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Management and Daily Accounting

• Record daily stock receipts and purchases accurately within the ERP system
• Process vendor invoices, customer billing, and daily financial transactions
• Handle payment processing for both incoming and outgoing transactions
• Monitor vendor balances, outstanding payments, and payment schedules
• Maintain precise accounting entries and update general ledgers reliably

Inventory Control and Stock Management

• Track and document inventory movements to maintain accurate records
• Conduct inventory adjustments and reconciliations as required
• Manage internal transfers of stock from warehouses to outlets ensuring accountability
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and proper documentation guidelines

Financial Recording and Compliance

• Enter salaries, operational expenses, and other costs into the ERP system
• Ensure tax entries conform with relevant regulatory requirements
• Assist with monthly closing processes and financial reconciliations

Requirements

• Proven accounting experience within restaurant, food & beverage, or retail sectors
• Strong proficiency in ERP software and system management
• Clear understanding of inventory accounting and stock flow management
• Familiarity with tax laws and fundamental accounting principles
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
• Ability to independently oversee daily operational accounting tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing accounting functions across multiple branches or locations
• Knowledge of SOP-based inventory and financial control systems
