Job Overview
Al Rashed Food (Yaumi) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Van Salesman to join their sales team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone with a proven background in FMCG van sales, eager to contribute to the growth and success of a leading food brand by effectively managing sales routes and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
The Van Salesman will be responsible for meeting sales targets across all Al Rashed Food product lines, ensuring optimal product availability and visibility in assigned shops. They will follow the Journey Call Plan (JCP) and daily call targets to maximize distribution, visibility, and sales.
- Achieve sales goals for all ARF brands and categories.
- Forecast demand accurately and place timely orders.
- Maintain product quality, ensuring freshness and proper handling.
- Maximize stock delivery accuracy and product movement.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to boost sales and loyalty.
- Expand business opportunities within the assigned delivery route.
- Regularly review sales performance with the Sales Supervisor.
Required Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, the candidate must have:
- A valid Saudi Arabia Heavy Driving License.
- At least two years of experience in van sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Excellent communication and merchandising skills.
- Strong ability to forecast demand and manage stock efficiently.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales and distribution targets.
