Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Pakistani Store Manager couple to lead and expand our sweet and bakery retail business in Riyadh. This role offers an excellent platform for professionals skilled in store management, sales, and marketing to drive operational success and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain stock control
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness and attractive product displays
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and sales
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to boost loyalty and reputation
• Track sales performance regularly and prepare detailed reports for management

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years’ experience in store management and direct customer handling
• Solid expertise in sales and marketing, preferably within the sweet and bakery sector
• Strong leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
• Pakistani nationality is required
• Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory to facilitate smooth store operations
• Must have prior experience managing sweet and bakery products
• Possession of a valid driving license and own car is essential
• Transferable Iqama is required for employment eligibility
