This role involves engaging with customers, managing sales, and providing support for various printing, photocopying, and binding services. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting stationery products and services that meet their needs.
• Handle sales transactions efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage printing, photocopying, and binding service requests with accuracy.
• Maintain knowledge of the store’s product offerings and service capabilities.
• Use computer applications such as Excel, Word, PDF readers, and PowerPoint for service processing and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales, particularly within a stationery store or printing service environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word, PDF, and PowerPoint.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Arabic to assist a diverse customer base.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
