Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to oversee the sales operations for Chillers and Air Handling Units (AHU) in Riyadh. This role requires strong hands-on sales expertise combined with technical knowledge of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will lead a sales team while actively engaging in technical discussions with consultants, engineers, and clients to support project success.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Team Leader will guide the sales team towards meeting and exceeding sales goals for commercial and industrial HVAC projects, focusing on Chillers and AHU systems. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and closing deals effectively. You will also prepare detailed technical submittals for tenders, ensuring all product specifications, drawings, and compliance documents are complete.
Active participation in technical discussions is essential, including advising on AHU design, system performance, integration challenges, and heat load calculations. Collaboration with MEP teams to resolve technical issues and support smooth project handovers forms a key part of the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Advanced HVAC certifications are highly regarded. Applicants should bring 5 to 7 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a minimum of 3 years specifically covering AHU and Chiller sales.
Proficiency in preparing technical tender submittals, including detailed product specs and compliance documentation, is required. Strong sales abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to lead and motivate a team under pressure are vital. Furthermore, a solid understanding of MEP coordination and HVAC systems will enable you to contribute effectively to projects.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a monthly salary of SAR 8,500, with an additional car allowance of SAR 950 or company-provided vehicle and petrol coverage. Performance-based rewards include a bonus of SAR 18,000 every six months tied to KPI achievements and a commission rate ranging from 0.75% to 1.25% on sales.
