We are seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is open exclusively to candidates of Indian or Bangladeshi nationality who have prior sales experience and are currently residing in Riyadh. The role requires excellent communication skills, including proficiency in Arabic, and a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor will play a vital role in managing and motivating the sales team to achieve business targets. You will oversee daily sales operations, coordinate team efforts, and implement strategies to increase sales performance. Ensuring smooth communication between the team and management is crucial for success in this role.

Requirements

• Must be of Indian or Bangladeshi nationality
• Previous sales experience within Riyadh
• Valid iqama with transferability
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving license
• Ability to speak and understand Arabic fluently

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a basic salary of 2000 SAR, a monthly mobile allowance of 200 SAR, plus attractive commissions based on sales performance. Additionally, the company provides team accommodation to support your stay in Riyadh.
