We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a sales team within the HVAC, refrigeration, and cold room solutions sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets through effective team leadership and market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities and actively generate sales within the commercial and industrial sectors.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support to enhance productivity.
Collect, analyze, and report market data to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure proper implementation of sales strategies and company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a supervisory sales role.
Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or related industry is preferred.
