AL EMPA ARABIA COMPANY is seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a strong background in building materials, specifically within the timber and plywood sectors. The Sales Supervisor will lead a sales team to meet and exceed business targets while fostering excellent customer relationships throughout the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor will play a vital role in driving the success of the sales department. Key duties include:

  • Providing leadership and training to a team of sales executives and representatives, ensuring they follow company standards and best practices.
  • Setting achievable sales goals and monitoring the team’s performance to meet monthly and quarterly targets focused on timber, plywood, and related products.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyzing market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and develop competitive strategies in the building materials industry.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely data entry in Zoho CRM to keep the sales pipeline and customer information up to date.
  • Tracking key performance indicators, generating sales reports, and delivering performance updates to senior management.
  • Managing the sales territory by coordinating team activities and ensuring effective customer coverage.
  • Keeping an in-depth understanding of the product portfolio as well as market trends and competitor actions.
  • Ensuring all sales operations comply with company policies, labor regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in sales supervision within the building materials, timber, or plywood industry.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and distribution channels.
  • Experience working in Middle East or GCC markets is highly valuable.
