The ideal candidate will lead a sales team, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong client relationships across the KSA market.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor will play a pivotal role in steering the sales team towards meeting and exceeding business goals. Key duties include:

  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring sales executives and representatives to align with company goals and best sales practices.
  • Setting and monitoring monthly and quarterly sales targets for timber, plywood, and related building materials.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key customers while ensuring outstanding service standards.
  • Conducting comprehensive market research to spot new sales opportunities and crafting competitive strategies tailored to the KSA building materials market.
  • Maintaining precise and up-to-date records in the Zoho CRM system to ensure a clean sales pipeline and accurate customer data.
  • Tracking sales performance metrics, preparing detailed reports, and providing consistent updates to management.
  • Managing the assigned sales territory effectively, coordinating team efforts to optimize customer coverage.
  • Keeping an in-depth understanding of the company’s product offerings and staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensuring all sales activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and standard operating procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates who possess the following qualifications will be highly considered:

  • Extensive experience within the building materials industry, focusing on timber or plywood products.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and distribution channels.
  • Prior exposure to Middle Eastern or GCC markets is an advantage.
