AL EMPA ARABIA COMPANY is seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to lead its sales team within the building materials sector, specifically focusing on plywood and timber products. This full-time role is based in Saudi Arabia and requires a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience in the industry. The Sales Supervisor will be instrumental in driving sales growth, managing a team, and strengthening customer relationships across the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring the sales team meets and exceeds business objectives. Key duties include:
- Leading, mentoring, and training sales executives and representatives to enhance their performance and adherence to company guidelines.
- Setting clear sales targets and consistently monitoring team achievements on a monthly and quarterly basis within the plywood and timber product lines.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key clients to uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Conducting thorough market research to identify new sales opportunities and develop effective competitive strategies in the building materials market.
- Managing the customer relationship management system (Zoho CRM), ensuring all sales data and pipelines are accurate and up to date.
- Monitoring sales performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and preparing detailed reports for senior management.
- Overseeing territory management to guarantee comprehensive coverage of the customer base and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of the product portfolio, market trends, and competitor activities to support informed sales strategies.
- Ensuring all sales processes comply with company policies, labour laws, and internal standard operating procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates should possess a solid background in sales within the building materials, timber, or plywood sectors. Additionally, familiarity with B2B sales processes and distribution channels is highly valued. Experience working in Middle East or GCC markets will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
A minimum of five years in a sales role related to building materials, timber, or plywood is required to qualify for this position.
