Ataa International Trading Company is looking for a dedicated Sales Specialist cum Biomedical Engineer focused on In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) within the specialty diagnostics sector. Based in Riyadh, this role is perfect for professionals passionate about combining sales expertise with technical biomedical knowledge to advance diagnostic solutions in medical laboratories and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will drive sales growth by meeting and surpassing sales targets in the region for reagents, consumables, and laboratory equipment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities across hospitals, private clinics, research facilities, and commercial diagnostic labs.
In addition, you will closely monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
This position demands delivering detailed technical presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals, lab managers, and key opinion leaders, clearly communicating the scientific and clinical benefits of IVD assays and instruments.
On-site product evaluations, validations, and technical assessments are crucial to ensure that equipment meets laboratory standards and client expectations.
Following sales, you will provide engineering support including the installation, commissioning, and calibration of diagnostic machines. Training laboratory staff and clinicians on safe and efficient usage of IVD systems forms another important part of the role.
Troubleshooting and routine maintenance responsibilities will help minimize downtime and ensure long-term reliability of the diagnostic equipment.
