Key Responsibilities

The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling DDR RAM and SSD products, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers. You will prepare quotations, manage sales reports, and ensure follow-up on sales leads to meet monthly targets. Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth delivery are also essential duties. Negotiating prices and commercial terms within established guidelines will be part of your daily activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in selling computer hardware, IT products, electronics, or technology solutions is preferred.
• Understanding of DDR RAM, SSDs, computer components, and related accessories is highly valued.
• Conversational Arabic communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Possession of valid work authorization or transferable iqama is advantageous.
