Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the education industry, with over five years of proven experience in driving student recruitment and achieving sales targets within education or training sectors. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a bilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aimed at increasing student enrollment and expanding market presence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with prospective students and stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual targets related to student recruitment and program marketing.
• Engage with prospective clients and provide clear information about educational offerings.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with current and potential clients to encourage loyalty and referrals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Master’s degree, preferably an MBA or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the education or training sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English highly preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work efficiently in target-driven environments.
• Experience in student recruitment and understanding of education market trends.
• Transferable Iqama is required for this position.
