Key Responsibilities

The coordinator will handle a variety of tasks crucial to the sales and marketing functions, including:

• Preparing and submitting tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals promptly and accurately
• Coordinating communication between suppliers, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless workflow
• Following up on sales inquiries and understanding customer requirements to support business growth
• Assisting in marketing campaigns and business development activities as needed
• Maintaining organized records of bids, contracts, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and compliance
• Ensuring all documentation meets submission deadlines and adheres to compliance standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in tendering, preparing quotations, sales coordination, or supporting marketing initiatives
• Exceptional communication skills and strong organizational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
• Familiarity with procurement platforms and tender documentation is a strong advantage
• Egyptian nationality is preferred for this position
