We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a dynamic team based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a background in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Snacks sectors. This role requires a motivated professional with strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills to drive sales growth and manage key accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will lead the sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure targets are met. The role involves negotiating with clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and coordinating with marketing to maximize product visibility. You will also analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Snacks industries is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports and presentations.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
