We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager who is a native Arabic speaker to lead our sales department and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue. This role involves leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to meet and exceed targets. Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients is essential, alongside actively seeking new business opportunities. The candidate will prepare and analyze sales performance reports regularly, lead negotiation efforts, and close deals successfully. Keeping a close eye on market trends and competitor activities will also be a vital part of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must have at least five years of experience in sales management, preferably within the landscaping or construction sectors. Strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively are crucial. Experience working under pressure to meet sales targets is required, along with proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems. Being a native Arabic speaker is mandatory, and candidates should be either based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
