Position Title:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must be a native Arabic speaker.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Build strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new customers
Prepare and analyze regular sales performance reports
Lead negotiations and successfully close deals
Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management (preferably in landscaping or construction)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems
Native Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
