Zam Zam International is on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join their team in Jeddah. This role focuses on driving sales within the construction, shop fit-out, and turnkey project sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network of industry contacts, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record in closing deals related to construction and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be expected to identify and develop new business opportunities across construction and fit-out domains, particularly for shops, restaurants, clinics, and office spaces. Building and nurturing relationships with contractors, consultants, and business owners will be crucial. You will prepare proposals and quotations, conduct client meetings, give presentations, and visit project sites to support sales activities. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintaining detailed client databases and market intelligence are essential to success in this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The role is open to candidates of any nationality, male or female, who have at least 2 to 3 years of sales experience in the construction or fit-out industry. Hands-on experience with shop fit-out and turnkey project sales is a must. Candidates with an established client network in Jeddah will have a distinct advantage. Strong negotiation capabilities and excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively engage clients and close deals. A customer-focused approach and a valid driving license are preferred.
