Uniworld Freight Services, a dynamic and growing logistics and supply chain company headquartered in Jeddah, is expanding its footprint across Saudi Arabia, including key cities like Jeddah, Dammam, and Riyadh. Specializing in freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation solutions, we are seeking motivated Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives to join our team on a full-time basis. Immediate joining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving growth and expanding our client base within the Saudi logistics market. Your main duties will include:

• Identifying and targeting potential customers in sectors such as manufacturing, trading, e-commerce, and retail.
• Actively promoting Uniworld’s comprehensive services including air and sea freight forwarding, land transport, and customs clearance.
• Meeting or exceeding designated monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with shippers, consignees, and trade partners to secure lasting business partnerships.
• Preparing and presenting sales proposals, competitive rate quotations, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
• Collaborating closely with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional service delivery for clients.
• Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Submitting regular sales reports and forecasts to management to support business planning.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of five years’ sales experience within Saudi Arabia’s logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets within the Kingdom.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi import/export regulations, customs procedures, including awareness of ZATCA e-invoicing requirements, and familiarity with major ports such as Jeddah Islamic Port, King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam, and Riyadh Dry Port.
• An established network of relevant contacts or clients within the Saudi market is highly desirable.
• A valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is considered a significant advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
• Experience using CRM software platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
• Basic understanding of logistics cost components including freight rates, fuel surcharges, and handling fees.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
